WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT MARK ALLEN, THE WORLD RENOWN TRIATHLON LEGEND WILL BE OUR HONOURED GUEST AT THE BURNHAM TRIATHLON JUNE 6TH 2010

Athletes entered into the triathlon will have the opportunity to attend the pre-event pasta party to be held at the Princess Hall, Saturday 5th June, 5.30 - 8.30 pm.  Athletes and their guests can hear Mark talk and learn how he became 6 time Ironman World Champion, and hailed as the World's fittest man.

New class starting Tuesday 6:00 pm -SPORTS TRAINING - A gym based workout focusing on strength & speed, an ideal compliment workout for rackets players, runners, swimmers, skiers and athletes of all abilities.

THURSDAY 28th JAN 6:00 am - THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOW OPEN ! - All classes and programmes are now fully OPEN.  Welcome back swimmers and new swimmers alike! We look forward to seeing you splashing around again!

SWIMMING POOL RE-0PEN DATE THURSDAY 28TH JANUARY.

The pool looks great! - thousands of brand new anti-slip tiles have been laid, grouted and shined to perfection! - We are now letting the tiles cure to ensure they stay firmly in place for the next 30 years! .  Water will be flowing in on Monday, and we are expecting the temperature to be at our required levels for a Thursday opening.

Swimmers enrolled in our Swim Academy on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will have thier first swim lesson on Feb 1st or 2nd or 3rd (not as originally advertised for the 25th, 26th).   Our Thursday, Friday, Saturday Academy members will recieve thier first lesson as scheduled, i.e January 28th, 29th, 30th.

RUNNING ACADEMY - New class - open to Men & Women !

Starts Monday 1st Feb 7:00 - 8:00 pm.  Class aimed at the intermediate runner looking to improve thier 5k/10 k times. Focus on technique, drills, intervals, speedwork - and having fun! Call reception to reserve your place. £36:00 for 9 weeks or £5:00 drop-in fee.

In conjuction with Age Concern and the ASA, the academy is opening its doors on Fri mornings to our 50+ customers.  The swim session is from 9:00 - 10:30 am.  This will be a fun social event, with a teacher on pool-side to assist in making your swim experience the best yet!.  Only 2.50 for the session, come on down, meet new friends, and hang our for a coffee and a chat in the Starbucks cafe afterwards.

Our Cardio Studio, Starbucks Coffee shop, Sports Shop & Physiotherapy offices will be open 7 days a week over the holiday season (excluding bank holidays!).  No excuses not to stay in shape this holiday season!!  or meet up with friends over a Toffee-nut Latte or Hot Chocolate and buy some great 'last minuite' wellness gifts for your loved ones all under one roof! 

SWIMMING POOL RE-TILE - NO SWIMMING FROM SAT 12TH DEC - MID JAN

All swimming activities will finish the evening of  Sat 12th Dec.  The swimming pool is scheduled to be fully operational by the 25th Jan, however we will do our utmost to open earlier if the pool re-tile goes according to plan!  Please visit the Academy during the opening hours advertised above, or visit this website for the latest updates on the re-tile and pool opening dates.
