2012 Beginners Running Academy Sundays from 9:45 - 10:30 am. This class is ideal for anyone who has not run since school! - learn the basic technique, correct equipment, pacing and how to have fun while your run! Call reception to reserve your space.
LIFEGUARD ACADEMY MONDAY'S 5:30 - 6:30 pm For students aged 13+ or under 13 with a Rookie Lifeguard Gold Award. Focus of the club is to train students for the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, once they reach the age of 16. Click for details.
