Autumn Aquathon Date Set!
We have now set the date for our Autumn Aquathon at the Burnham-on-Sea Swim & Sports Academy - The Race will take place on the 10th of October 2010, the distances are a 750m swim followed by a 7K run. Applications on the "Events" page.

Open Swim Session 6pm - 7 pm Weds evening
A new swim session has been added after requests for an after-school session to be added to our schedule.  All ages welcome.  Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00 pm

Summer 5K Run Series 2010
The Second in our Summer Esplanade 5K Run Series takes place Thursday  the 1st of July at 7:30PM. All abilities welcome. Applications available on the events page.

New Pilates Class
A New Thursday Evening Class from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm has been added at the Swim & Sports Academy - Pilates Exercises - A series of exercises aiming to strengthen and stretch the body, while improving circulation and lung capacity. Sign up and give it a go!
