This is a great class to start you on the road to the wellness!. Come an enjoy exercising in a fun controlled environment. This low intensity class will work the whole body and be different every week, sometimes in the cardio studio and sometimes in the gym – you definitely won’t get bored with this exercise class! It’s fun and very supportive. No experience necessary.
Our high intensity workout will increase your metabolism and burns more calories. This specific training focuses on maintaining muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility by including aerobic and resistance training, and flexibility exercises. *This high intensity exercise is not meant for beginners or those with certain health problems.
